Delete Your HomeLift Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your HomeLift account and the personal data associated with it, in line with Google Play's data-deletion requirements and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open HomeLift.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Under Data & Privacy, tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deactivated and your personal data is scheduled for erasure.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email grievance@homelift.app from the phone number / email on your account (or include it), with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify your identity and process the request. We respond within the timelines required by law (no later than 90 days).

What happens when you delete:

Export before you delete

You can download a copy of your data first: in the app, Settings → Data & Privacy → Download my data.
